Cross-culturally, I think men do. 
It's actually one of the measures by which we can predict women's status in a society - if women have equal access to premarital and/or extramarital sex (by which we mean that it is treated the same as when men do it, not whether it is accepted or not), it's a predictor of higher women's status.
