I want to be able to wear a skirt. I know dudes can wear kilts, but then people get all upset because I'm 0% Scottish. And when it's hot a skirt is so much more comfortable than shorts. And a skirt can be part of dress clothes, and shorts can't. (Also, when you're dancing awesomely, a skirt spins and it's actually really fun. I'm man enough to admit it.)

Unrelated to gender, I wish I could get away with Bedouin-style long robes. I live in the desert where it gets above 115 deg F regularly in the summer, and those layered white robes would be far more comfortable than anything I can currently wear. But it would just look offensive, or Lawrence-of-Arabia-esque, to try pulling it off.
